By accessing or using VeloraAI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VeloraAI provides AI automation services for med spas and salons, including missed call text-back, appointment reminders, rebooking flows, review request automation, AI receptionist, and membership retention systems.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee applies as outlined in your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining access credentials, and ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing SMS and email marketing.

5. Intellectual Property

All automation systems, workflows, and materials created by VeloraAI remain the intellectual property of VeloraAI until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business.

6. Limitation of Liability

VeloraAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. VeloraAI reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.
